Welcome to Fully Nourished Freezer
I created the Fully Nourished Freezer ministry as an extension to our bakery: Lovejoy’s Homemade Bakery. FNF works diligently to curate prepare made from scratch and fully frozen breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and dessert options for families that are desiring to provide the absolute best for their homes, even for the days you’re short on time, sick, or just don’t feel like cooking. We’ve all been there! But that doesn’t mean we should sacrifice good, nourishing food for ourselves or our families either.
My focus is creating quality, delicious recipes and meals with the ingenuity and passion inspired by the fantastic flavors of all the amazing and whole food ingredients that surround us. I take great pride in improving upon your favorite meals in creative and nourishing ways, in addition to offering a variety of new dishes and flavors. Everything is made using the highest quality ingredients that are pasture-raised, organic, grass-fed, and made with love from my kitchen to yours!
